Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to VJOYCAR. We aim to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and satisfactory. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to help you understand the process and conditions under which returns and refunds can be made.

Damages and Issues

  • If your item arrives damaged, please email us immediately with a clear pictures of the damage and try to file a claim with the local carrier right now. Once approved, we will send you a brand new replacement. Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.
  • If your item arrives defective and you would like to request a refund or replacement, please email us immediately also. We will issue your request as soon as we receive your email.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Return Qualification Requirements:

  1. Orders exceed 1 months do not accept return or exchange of goods;
  2. Orders only accept return or exchange of goods within 30 days;
  3. The product was found intact and in compliance with the original purchase conditions.
  4. No return or exchange on customized products (eg. Yoke Steering Wheel, OEM/ODM orders)

To be eligible for return, your goods must be unused and in the same condition as the goods you received. Your goods must use the original packaging. Your goods need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund instructions:

You will be responsible for paying the freight of the returned goods, as well as the possible customs duties and other expenses. Freight is non refundable. If you receive a refund, the return freight will be deducted from your refund.

  1. For products shipped for free: a restocking fee of 5% will be charged to cover our shipping costs.
  2. For non-free shipping items: a restocking fee is 0.
  3. Unshipped orders: A 5% credit card processing fee will also be charged for items not yet shipped.

Before return the order, pls email us in advance . We will get back to you within 12 hours. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Once you have sent the product, please update the tracking number to us and we will follow up the logistics. If the product received meets the above return condition, we will refund you within 12 hours via the original payment method. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
